Hume City Council is one of Australia’s fastest-growing and most culturally diverse municipalities, home to more than 260,000 residents. With multiple initiatives running in parallel, the challenge was to create clarity, consistency, and connection across both civic communications and large-scale transformation programs.

A unifying campaign identity, Hume Proud, was developed to act as a flexible expression of civic pride, bringing together council initiatives under a single, memorable banner that champions community, celebrates progress, and strengthens a sense of belonging. The result is a scalable brand framework that supports long-term engagement, organisational change, and stronger community connection.
