Established in 2021 by the Governor of Tasmania, this Commission of Inquiry examined the state’s response to child sexual abuse in institutional settings. WOO was engaged to deliver the report materials — a detailed eight-volume series, presented across two custom-designed archival sleeves. The final report was submitted to the Governor of Tasmania on 31 August 2023.
